Historical narratives are created by word and image. Eventually they acquire a reality of their own. Most content produced by LDS historians is excellent, but errors and omissions have crept in. This blog offers suggestions for improvement, based on President Nelson teaching that "good inspiration is based upon good information." Good history is also based on good information.

Old news is more important than new news because new news is built on top of it. When you are renovating a structure you don't start with the roof but with the foundation.
Let's go back and get the old stories right. Otherwise nothing will be right, from here on out.
